We offer two convenient shipping methods:

2. Free Shipping (via EMS)
- Available on orders $50 CAD and above
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding some remote areas in Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products and offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Cleated footwear (hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom team merchandise from our American College Teams or FAN ZONE collections
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Return Process
